IEEE iWRF&AT 2025 (or RFAT 2025) registration will be open on Mar. 23, 2025. The deadline of Early Bird registration is April 23, 2025, by which a special Early Bird discount can be provided. The Registration DEADLINE is May 23, 2025.

The registration fee does NOT include other cost such as accommodation, travel transportation.

Important Reminder:

[1] At least one author of an accepted paper must register at the "IEEE Member" or "Non-IEEE Member" rates, even if the author is a student.

[2] One "IEEE Member" or "Non-IEEE Member" registration can cover up to two accepted papers. The maximum manuscript length  must be limited to 6 pages. A paper with more than 6 pages will not be accepted at EDAS..

[3] Please note that at least one of the authors of accepted papers is required to register and present the paper at the conference in person (online only for foreign authors), otherwise the paper will have to be removed from the digital library after the conference!
